County Bridge Club Sessions

We run a full program of weekly sessions for the keen bridge player at different standards.

We would advise you to join our Thursday social bridge session, on your first visit, where an experienced player would be able to host (play with you) and assess your level in the game and advise you which lessons or bridge sessions would be most appropriate for you. For all other sessions you need a partner.

Arriving by car:

The Post Code LE3 6RJ works well and takes you to St Oswald Road, Leicester. Drive straight down to the end of St Oswald Road (past the New Parks Leisure Centre and the New Parks Community Centre) and you will find us on the right. Turn right and the car park is immediatley on the left.

St Oswald Road has no car access from Glenfield Road, therefore you must enter St Oswald Road from Aikman Avenue. There is no straightforward cut through from Groby Road (A50) to Aikman Avenue, so from A563 Ring Road you have only one choice which is the Aikman Avenue turning where the Fire Station is (there are traffic lights at the junction). If you do happen to turn into Glenfield Road you can turn first left into Greencoats Road and although you will not be able to park in the club car park you would be able to walk the short distance to the club after parking on Greencoats Road.
